Why is it that people are always comparing iPads to laptops, iPads to Surface Pros, iPads to MacBooks, and so on. Each of these are completely amazing devices that can do basically the same things. Well maybe you can’t code on an iPad yet that I know of.  The iPad can not be compared to a Surface Pro because they run different operating systems. The Surface Pro is probably the best tablet computer for Widows systems. It works well with your Windows needs. This is a full fledged Windows operating computer that has enough power for most peoples needs. The Surface Pro comes with intel core i5 or i7. It starts with 8GB of ram and goes up to 16GB. The Surface Go too is a great device that can do any task that a mid ranged Windows laptop can do as well.  The iPad Pro on the other hand is just as powerful and excellent. Using LumaFusion to edit you videos can be an amazing experience. Just sit back and think of the way video used to be edited. Literally sitting in a room and cutting actual film and overlaying real film for effects. Then using computers and software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Apple iMovie or Final Cut Pro X. Now here we are today using LumaFusion on a mobile device and realizing that this editor is just as powerful as any desk top editing software.  In this video I will teach you how to use LumaFusion on your iPad. I cover every single step from importing, green screen, music, titles, and exporting. This software is a great alternative to Final Cut or Premiere Pro but not a full on replacement. The fact that Premiere Pro and Final Cut have After Effects and Motion makes a bit of a difference. But still yet, do not be fooled by the price and the fact that this is mobile software. LumaFusion is a beast to work with and can cut through even 4K footage with ease.   

 In this video I will show you a step by step process to create a free stop motion animation or film. These steps require three apps from the App Store. You will need iMovie, SketchBook, and Photoshop Mix. All three apps are free as I mentioned and are required to make this work for an animation. By using the Sketchbook and Photoshop Mix app you can add a green screen effect even if you don’t own a green screen. This is a fun way to pass time and be creative. Let your imagination go with this and create something great. 

                                    Looking at the LumaFusion program we can see that it is very similar in looks to Final Cut Pro. Online most reviews call it a great editing program, and in fact it is. With this software you can edit together footage loaded on to your iPad and add titles, green screen effects, music, sound effects, transitions, work with the sound, and export in 4k. As a mobile video editor this beats out ALL others I have tried. iMovie what’s that? Most video editors love to use this software when they are traveling as a substitute for Final Cut. I recently went out to my local iPad and iPhone store (US Cellular) with the intent to purchase the iPad Air 3rd generation but found myself leaving with the latest and greatest Apple tablet available. Now I’m not sure how this happened except for my unquestionable, unquenchable, and undeniable desire  to buy Apple products. I will admit that I LOVE Apple. Some people watch football, others get tattoos, while some love cars, me, I’m an Apple guy. My wife says I’m addicted and I have to admit, the argument is leaning in her favor. However, the new iPad Pro of the year 2020 is at first glance a device of beauty. Like the 2018 iPad we have a more squared off edge look and rounded corners. The pencil again charges magnetically while not in use and the ASK 2020 is available and works fine on the 2018 also. Of course you could spring for the new magic floating keyboard for a bit over $300 (I did NOT) so the device sits elevated above the keyboard. Just a hint here but the 2018 iPad Pro wil
