ZINGYOU BM-800 Condenser Microphone Review and Setup

 Whats up readers? Its your boy David here again looking to entertain and educate you in all matters tech. This week we are looking into the ZINGYOU BM-800 condenser mic. Now I uploaded a video on my YouTube channel DnicholsonTV, but of course as usual I am bringing that video right here to the website for those who like to read articles as well as watch videos. 


ZINGYOU BM-800 Condenser Microphone

This is an awesome mic, no questions asked. The mic works like it is supposed to and does well for my podcast. The only thing that kinda made me question the quality was when I first purchased this mic it didn't work straight out of the box. I tried hooking this up to my MacBook and got no sound. It wasn't until after some research on my own part that I realized I needed to make another purchase to get the mic to power on and pick up sound. 

Well that purchase was a 48V phantom power supply. This supply box costs around $20 and looks similar to an amp from a car stereo. You will also need a new XLR cable to run from the mic to the power supply. After you get these items you will b rocking a great podcast or doing a bang-up job on any VoiceOver work that needs done. 

Do I recommend the ZINGYOU BM-800 condenser mic, YES I do.

The Surf Onn Gen 2 7 inch tablet from Walmart is exactly what you'd expect from a Walmart tablet. The screen is decent but not great and the apps tend to crash from time to time. I bought the base model for $49 and got 2gb of RAM and 16gb of internal storage that was actually 11 from the pre installed apps.  As for usage the tablet performed well enough to be considered a nice entry level tablet and I feel the kids could use this as a cheap dedicated YouTube machine. I’m Attending Southern New Hampshire University Online

 Hello friends. I’ve been doing some thinking lately. Although I do have a job it’s just a part time job and that leaves me with some free time. The job that I have isn’t the job that I’d like to retire from for sure. I just haven’t been happy with where my life has taken me. I felt it was time to make a few changes. Well I got online and looked for the best online colleges that I could find. I found a few and even tried one that didn’t work out.  Southern New Hampshire University seemed to be a good fit. The cost was dramatically less than other online schools. It does have a brick and mortar school that can be attended. And the reviews for the school aren’t all horrible. In other words it isn’t a diploma mill.  I’m only in my first class so far and it is a class about cultural diversity. I guess that’s a pretty good class for someone majoring in psychology. Dollar Shave Club Six Blade Razor

 So I used to use Harrys razors. I used Harrys for quite a few years. Then something changed about the blades. They started cutting me and at times cutting me pretty bad. The moisturizing strip also started falling off all of the time. This was happening during the first shave of the blade too. I was having to change brand new blades all of the time. It got ridiculous. I decided I had enough of the Harrys razors and made the switch to Dollar Shave Club.  Now I am not going to say that everything I write or say about Dollar Shave Club will be the same experience you’ll get but maybe it will help you make a decision to try them out for yourselves.
