Pyle Cheap Home Projector That Works Great

The Pyle Home Projector is a great addition to my home office. At times when I am writing my blog or editing my Youtube videos I enjoy a quick episode of Seinfeld or watch a YouTube video for a quick break from the normal work schedule. I have included a link for this item on Amazon.com so you can check it out for yourself. The Line is above.  As you will find it comes in at $49.99 and has a 2 1/2 star rating only. Why you may ask does it have only 2 1/2 stars? Well, I'll tell you why. If you are planning to use this for school or business Keynotes, Powerpoint presentations then don't buy it. This will not focus quite enough for those types of duties. If you are wanting to use this for outdoor events such as family BBQ and movie nights under the stars then forget it. This is truly great for indoor use in a family room for watching Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services. So far I have really enjoyed this device in my ManCave of such and watched hours of YouTube and C

MacOS Mojave First Impressions and Review

Today I updated my MacBook to the new Mojave OS. Now I haven't had much of a chance to use this new OS but I do have a first impression of what I've found. For starters I do like having the option of the light or dark setting. At first when I downloaded the new OS during initial set up I was asked if I wanted to go light or dark. I of course being curious chose the dark setting, being that I've never before seen it. I tried it out for a moment or two then went into the system preferences to change it back to light. Upon setting up your new OS you may want to go with the dark setting yourself to give it a try. I do recommend doing this to see if you like it. If not no worries I will tell you how to change it back. Simply go to your system preferences, choose general, and on the top row there will be an option for changing from light to dark and back again. Very simple to switch them back and forth. Another new feature I like is the news app from iOS has made it over to

Working on The YouTube Channel

Image
So here I am working on yet another YouTube channel. So far I only have 1 subscriber but I am getting a few views. To be honest that’s exactly what I want anyway. You can have a ton of subscribers but if they aren’t watching the videos then what good are they. Anyway, so far I have 4 videos up and counting.  I do all my filming on my iPhone 8 as of right now. I then use the AirDrop feature that Apple products have (I think its just BlueTooth in disguise) and move them over to my 2017 iPad. I do all my light editing on the iPad such as simple cuts, and clip placements. After I create the movie I again transfer the file on to my MacBook and finish the product such as adding any music, title cards, and upload it to YouTube.  To some this may seem like a weird process to use to make a simple YouTube video but it works for me.  I once had a few hundred subscribers on my old channel but was getting very few views. After I stopped and deleted my channel I now have a new opp

New YouTube Channel

David Nicholson Good news everyone! I have restarted my Youtube Channel and posted the link above. Please go and subscribe and if you have any suggestions for future videos please leave them in the comments below. It has been a long time coming I know, but I have been battling with the depression that comes with Bipolar disorder and just haven't had the energy or will power to get it up and going again. I hope that I can keep it going this time and continue to help it grow. I really haven't had any great ideas for content so I guess it will just be a variety of things that interest me until I build it up and start getting ideas from viewers of from YOU my readers. Some things that do interest me are of course Apple products, Vape gear, technology of any kind, travel, the Bible, and television shows. So I guess I have that much to work with for now. Keeping a YouTube channel going isn't anything easy. It requires commitment, time, and a constant watch for interesting con

Premium Music Service Review

Recently I have had the experience to try an old app that has been a fan favorite for a long time. Before I give it away I will say that it’s a music app and it gives a free trial for new users that wish to try out the premium features. This app has over 40 million titles on it and gives users the opportunity to download playlists and songs for offline listening. This app also gives users the opportunity to listen or stream online radio stations of different artists or music genres. No its not Apple Music, Spotify, or even iheartradio, it is in fact Pandora.  I know you figured I would be all about Apple Music and nothing else, right? Well, you figured wrong. Yes I did give Apple Music the free trial and found that I really enjoyed the app. I actually missed my Apple Music for the downloaded songs and huge selection of music for what ever mood I was in. I missed the easy playlists selections and the ease of use overall, until I found Pandoras premium service.  I actually just

A New MacBook Air For My Mom!

Today, I had the privilege and honor to escort my mom to the local Best Buy for a new computer. Looking forward to the event, I had made the point that since she already had an iPad and iPhone that a new MacBook computer would be an excellent idea. Mom didn’t disagree with the thought so thats where we headed when we entered the store.  Walking up to the beautiful hard wood tables with the gorgeous Apple products setting on them she had her choice of products from iMacs, all the way down to the perfectly suited MacBook Air. As we looked over the machines a man with a black Apple shirt on approached us asking if he could help us with anything. We had pretty much decided that the Air would be a perfect fit for my moms needs and we where standing in front of the Air when he approached us.  I’m not quite sure why he didn’t just jump at the opportunity to sell the Air when we told him what we where interested in but he didn’t. The gentleman although not really rude seemed to be pus

SuperGirl Season 3 Finale

Supergirl Season Three Finale Let’s talk about Supergirl’s season 3 ending with some spoilers. I for one have truly enjoyed this season of the girl of steel. Every season so far has been excellent for me to watch but the Reign story over this last half of season three has been especially good.  I felt like the writers incorporated enough Reign with a mixture of side stories to keep the season flowing well and not feeling drug out on one subject. Reign was an excellent villain for the girl of steel to match up against as well as the perfect villain for us the hate. Each week I found myself looking forward to what the WB had in store for us.  One thing I I did kind of miss this season was Kara. We didn’t see enough of Kara doing her human things like CatCo, hanging at home with Alex, or enjoying a drink with Winn at the alien bar. Putting Kara in the season more would have added a little down time to elaborate on more side stories. Just my opinion but everyone has one. Feel
